The Create Recurring Course feature is perfect for setting up a series of repeating classes over a defined period. Whether it’s weekly, monthly, or custom intervals, this tool ensures streamlined scheduling for recurring lessons.

Step 1: Set the Basic Details

1. Access the Recurring Course Creation Tool:
   • Navigate to the Courses & Events section in the admin dashboard.
   • Click on Create Recurring Course.
2. Enter Course Information:
   • Add the Class Name (e.g., "Piano Lessons").
   • Set the Cost Per Lesson (e.g., $40).
   • Define the Quota (maximum students per class).
   • Specify the Number of Classes.

Step 2: Configure Recurring Schedules

1. Set the Repetition Period:
   • Define the time period for repeating classes (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly).
   • Adjust the number of lessons if necessary to match the course duration.
2. Customize Weekly Schedules:
   • Under Weekly Schedule, click the + icon next to the specific day of the week to add a lesson.
   • Set the Start Time and Duration for each lesson.
3. Optional Settings:
   • Create Multiple Classes: Check or uncheck this option based on your course requirements.
   • Add Buffer Time: Set extra time between lessons to accommodate transitions or breaks.

Step 3: Generate the Recurring Classes

1. Select the Number of Lessons to Generate:
   • Input the total lessons to be created and confirm.
   • The system will automatically distribute the lessons over the defined period.
2. Review and Save:
   • Double-check the schedule for accuracy.
   • Click Save to finalize the recurring course setup.
