Using a Coupon Code

• Enter the Promo Code:
  • The user types the coupon code (e.g., WQ3UE0) into the Promo Code field.
• Confirm the Code:
  • Clicking the Confirm button will validate the entered coupon.
  • If the coupon is valid, the discount will be applied to the total amount displayed below.
• Updated Total:
  • For a 100% discount coupon, the total amount will be reduced to HK$0, and no payment will be required.
  • For partial discounts, the new amount will reflect the remaining balance after applying the discount.
• Select Payment Method:
  • If any balance remains, the user can choose from available payment methods, such as Visa, Google Pay, Alipay, or PayMe.
  • If the total becomes HK$0, payment information may no longer be required to complete the transaction.

Steps to Create a Free Coupon

1. Enter Coupon Code

• Under Coupon Code, input a unique identifier for the coupon (e.g., 820H72).
  • This is the code users will enter to redeem the free offer.

2. Set Discount to 100%

• Select the % (percentage) option for the discount type.
• Enter 100 in the discount field to apply a full discount, making the course free.

3. Configure Expiration

• Choose when the coupon will expire:
  • 1 Month, 3 Months, Half Year: Select a predefined period.
  • Customize: Set a specific expiration date for more control (e.g., end of a campaign).
