Step 1: Access the Subscription Page
- Log in to your account on the platform.
- From the left-hand menu, select “Subscription” under the Settings section.
Step 2: Review Your Current Usage
- At the top of the subscription page, review your current usage metrics:
- Current Number of Active Students: Displays your current usage versus the plan limit (e.g., 29/2,000).
- Number of Notifications Sent: Shows the number of notifications sent compared to the monthly cap (e.g., 0/1,000).
Step 3: Click "Manage Your Subscription"
- Click on the "Manage Your Subscription" link to proceed.
- This will take you to a detailed subscription management interface, where you can:
- View your billing details.
- Update payment methods.
- Cancel or modify your plan.
- Access past invoices and receipts.

Step 4: Modify Your Subscription
- Depending on your needs, take the following actions:
- Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan:
- Select a new plan from the options (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro).
- Click the corresponding "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" button.
- Change Billing Frequency:
- Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing options to select the most suitable payment schedule.
- Cancel Subscription:
- If you no longer need the service, use the options in the subscription details page to cancel your plan.

Step 5: Access the Payment Dashboard
- Look for the "Visit payment dashboard" button in the top-right corner (highlighted by the arrow in the image).
- Click on the "Visit payment dashboard" button to proceed.
