Using QR codes for attendance and personalized confirmation messages can streamline the registration process and enhance the user experience. Follow these steps to enable and customize these features effectively.
Step 1: Access the "After Application" Tab
- Navigate to the Courses & Events section from the left-hand menu.
- Select the course you want to configure.
- Click on the "After Application" tab at the top of the course settings page.

Step 2: Enable the QR Code for Attendance
- Locate the Send QR Code for Attendance option.
- Toggle the switch to ON (as shown in the image above).
- When enabled, a QR code will automatically be sent to the student's email upon registration.
- This QR code will be used for attendance during the course or event.

Where is the QR code used?
- Navigate to the Student Central page from the left-hand menu in your dashboard. Locate and click the Scan QR Code button in the top-right corner (as shown in the image).
- Use your device's camera or scanner to scan the QR code from the student’s email, and the system will automatically mark the student’s attendance.
